How does pricing work?
Choose an estimated truck load: 1/4 truck $350, 1/2 truck $550, 3/4 truck $625 or full truck $750. Final price and any specialty fees are confirmed before work begins.
What items do you not accept?
Hazardous, regulated, unsafe or prohibited materials may be declined. Send a photo or description and we will confirm before scheduling.
Do you offer light demolition?
Yes. We quote approved non-structural tear-outs and cleanup separately after reviewing photos, access and disposal needs.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Mama Got Junk is insured and bonded.
What happens to reusable items?
We prioritize donation, reuse and responsible disposal whenever practical.
Can I upload photos?
Yes. Both the smart quote form and chat accept up to four photos and compress them before sending.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation fee or special scheduling term will be disclosed before it applies. We may reschedule when access, safety, weather or job details prevent service.
How do text messages work?

How does Mama Got Junk protect customer information?
We only collect the information needed to provide quotes and service. We do not publish private residential addresses, and we handle contact details and SMS opt-in data according to our Privacy Policy.
