1. Website and quote requests
Submitting a quote request does not create a binding service agreement. Quotes may be based on the information you provide and may change after an in-person review. Pricing, scope, availability, payment terms, and scheduling must be confirmed by Mama Got Junk LLC before service begins.
2. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact, property-access, item, load-size, demolition-scope, photograph, and hazard information. You must have authority to authorize removal and access to the property. Hazardous, regulated, unsafe, excessively heavy, or prohibited materials may be declined. You are responsible for identifying items that should not be removed.
3. Service changes and cancellation
We may reschedule, refuse, or stop service when conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, job details materially differ from those provided, or applicable laws or disposal rules prevent completion. Any cancellation fees or special terms will be disclosed before they apply.
4. SMS messaging program
By affirmatively opting in through our website, you authorize Mama Got Junk LLC to send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include marketing or promotional offers, quote follow-up, scheduling, reminders, and service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
